These terms govern your use of the Massage Street mobile application and websites ("the Service"), operated by BA Systems Ltd, a company incorporated in Georgia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Massage Street is a booking platform that connects customers with independent massage therapists and massage shops, launching in Koh Samui, Thailand, and available to users globally. We do not provide massage services ourselves. Therapists and shops on the platform are independent providers responsible for their own services, licensing, certifications, and conduct. When you book through Massage Street, your service contract is with the therapist or shop, not with us. Payment for sessions is made directly to the therapist or shop unless the app states otherwise.
Massage is a wellness service, not medical treatment. Nothing in the app — including your body record, session notes, or home-care suggestions — is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, injury, or take medication that may make massage inadvisable, consult a doctor first and inform your therapist before the session. You are responsible for disclosing relevant conditions to your therapist.
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. No unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We may remove content that violates these rules or applicable law. You grant us a license to display content you post at the visibility level you chose.
The Service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. You can stop using it and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for the acts or omissions of therapists, shops, or customers; for injuries or losses arising from massage services; or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence that apply regardless of choice of law are unaffected.
We will notify you in the app of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
